I am Rose Mikolajczyk and I am so excited to be teaching Kindergarten! I have been teaching here at Franklinville Elementary School for 25 years. I taught third grade for 9 years, kindergarten for 4 years, then sixth grade for 6 years, and this is my 6th year back teaching kindergarten again (because I love the Kinders so much!) I graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Master's Degree in Reading. I live in Olean with my husband, Rick, and our dog, Reesie, and cat, Rainy. I have three wonderful sons; Ricky lives in Buffalo working in marketing, Ryan is going to Alfred State for Mechanical Engineering, and Riley attends the University at Buffalo for Pre-Med. I love teaching and working with children of all ages. I am very excited about the school year and eager to get to know all my students and their families. I look forward to an awesome year.
